I put a wedge (or sometimes just half) of my favorite Laughing Cow Lite flavored cheese in the won-tons and pinch the edges together with Egg Beaters Liquid Eggs. Bake until lightly brown and they are fantastic!!!!!!

I'm weird, I admit it, but I didn't change my calorie intake. I stay at or below 1,600 calories per day and then eat whatever I want on the weekends. So if I gain a little over the weekend, it evens out what I've continued to lose during the week. I think you just have to play around with it and figure out what works best…

I agree . . . I also like the 7th one down the best . . . but have to say you look pretty darn cute in all of the pics! :) Congrats to you! :)

I've lost 26 pounds and am now in the maintenance phase . . . . and I eat sugar EVERY single day! I put it in my coffee, I eat chocolate, cookies, whatever I want within reason!!!!!!!!

Nice work! You are adorable . . . . and LOVE that outfit in the last pic! ;)

Bump . . . . and thank you! <3

I'm in the maintenance phase of this journey and I had a bad day yesterday myself. I ate crap and felt like crap after I did it. I gave myself an *kitten* whooping and started back at it today. It's a new day. We can do this together. We will always have weak days but the most important thing is that we realize it and we…

Hi Bob . . . . nice to meet you! I'm super proud of you for taking this big step in getting healthy and losing weight. I'm here for support if you need it! :)

You are in my thoughts and prayers. <3

Oh thank you! I cannot live without my PB2 . . . . I will be making this tonight! :)

I am also in the maintenance phase of weight loss. I still count my calories every day and never exceed 1600-1700 calories (even though I'm sure I should be consuming way more for maintenance) a day. I give myself one "Me" day each week where I eat whatever I want and I don't stress about it. After that, it's back to my…

It was within the last month or two that I reached the goal I had set for myself. I did the same thing you are doing now by questioning your goal. I felt like I would be happier with my body appearance if I lost a few more and so I set my goal about 3-4 pounds lower than I had originally set it for. I ended up being right…

Oh I love the Mayan Riviera . . . . thanks for sharing! And you my dear . . . are gorgeous! Don't delete a single pic! :)

I have been maintaining for a month or so now and still haven't quite figured it out. :/ I have days where I indulge and my calories are much higher so then I just play around the next few days and stay a tad lower on my calories. I give myself one "ME" day a week where I don't count anything at all! I don't workout and I…

This is why I don't often post on the message boards. People come completely unglued and get downright nasty and rude and usually over the little things!! I read your post and didn't get my panties all bunched up at all. It's your opinion and you are entitled to it. :)

Bump! Thank you SO much!!! :)

I am a daily weigher too so I hate when people bash the scales just because it doesn't work for them. I'm done losing and now in the maintenance phase so it obviously worked for me! I had something similar happen to me last week and I gained 2 pounds from eating out. It was water retention from too much sodium and it…

After my evening workout . . . I enjoy a glass or two of wine. It helps me sleep great every single time. :)
-
Wowser . . . aren't you so very handsome! Great job . . . you should be very proud! I am also maintaining although my loss wasn't near as big as yours! Congrats. :)

I hit my goal weight about a month ago and then decided to drop just a couple more pounds. Right now I'm maintaining and loving this phase! This morning I actually weighed in a few pounds below my goal weight so I now have some wiggle room for the weekend. :) Now that the hard part is behind me, I can concentrate on toning…

I am an avid wine drinker myself and I've dropped 25 pounds in just about 90 days here on MFP. I workout about 5 times a week and still eat out pretty regularly too. I don't think I've noticed that drinking wine has slowed my weight loss down at all but one thing that I do is incorporate my wine into my daily workouts. If…

I factor my wine or Mich Ultra into my work-outs too! I refuse to give up something that I really enjoy so I still have a few glasses of moscato wine or a couple of Mich Ultras every night if I want . . . and I've lost 25 pounds and am now at the maintenance level. Don't let anyone tell you it will slow your weight loss…

Sending good thoughts and lots of prayers from Indiana!!!!

Hey, that sounds like a good plan because that's kind of what I do too. I will intentionally go under my goal just because I want to let loose more on the weekends and not be so hard on myself. I like my wine and beer so that way I can still enjoy it! :) I think you're doing great . . . and being concerned about this all…

Congrats on reaching your goal! I am also maintaining and I just could not bring myself to increasing my calorie intake a bunch so I am still consuming the same as I was when I was still losing. I just play around with my diet daily. Today I weighed a pound less than my goal weight so I know that today I can add some extra…

I have met my goal of losing 22 pounds and I now weigh 132 and yep, my boobs are pretty much gone! I went from a 36C down to a 34B just by losing 22 pounds! It's sad really . . . but I'll take it because my bod is thin and toned! :)
-
Yes, this!!! :)
-
Amen, sister! Couldn't agree more! :)
-
Thank you, thank you, thank you! You totally made my gloomy Thursday brighter! ;)

You are a knock out! Congrats on all of your hard work! I'm proud of you. <3
