I am a stay at home mom of two 7 and 5. I've lost 51 so far. My best advice is water and don't cut out things. Just adjust how much you eat. I still have ice cream with the kids but a small or one cookie. Then try to eat better choices.

Please add! I have lost 51 so far.. about 40-50 more. I try to log most meals and exercise. And try to jog/walk 30 minutes-or 2-2.5 miles a day.

I'm 38 and would like to loose 50-60. Would love to be friends! I know I need all the support and motivation I can get.

60-70 to loose as well. I have started so many times and lost a bit and that was it. I have two little girls that need a positive outlook on body image. I have started zumba twice a week and walking. Please feel free to add! I'm always looking for motivation and accountability.

I'm in there with you. 231 now goal is to loose 50-60. Trying to make small changes. Started zumba twice a week and fitbit.(13k steps a day) and trying to eat better. Oh and 80 oz of water a day.......please add I appreciate all the motivation and support!
