I lost 15 lbs on WW 2 years ago. It really is a great program. Protein and FIBER!! Fiber keeps you full. So eat lots of fresh fruit and whole grains. Try to keep your Fiber intake up and I guarantee you'll stay full longer.:happy:

I agree. I weigh myself on the same day and time once a week. If I weigh myself every day I will drive myself nuts!! However, if I am not in "weight loss mode" (as I am now) I will weigh myself more often just too make sure I'm maintaining properly.
