145.0 today!! whoop whoop! down 1.6. although i've been to this weight many times but for whatever reason seem to sabotage my weight loss at this point and blow back up to 150... i will not binge eat, i will not binge eat...

story of my life! at the new year i decided not to drink alcohol for 2011. it was simply a choice, and i havent put it to my mouth since. but for some reason i cannot do that with crap food! and its frustrating.

150.2, apparently i'm not very serious about this... i dont know what my deal is. I get to 146 then think i can eat whatever the f*** i want, then the next thing you know i'm back to 150. ive been between these weights for the last 6 months. UGH!!! Not okay!!

NOT looking forward to the weigh in!! ate like crap ALL weekend. gonna jump on the elliptical tonight, although it wont make a bit of difference for tomorrow. tomorrows a new day. i did well during the week last week, so i know what i need to do now. looking forward to next weeks weigh in!

goin to the beach this weekend! to celebrate my grandma's 69th b-day! should be a blast! we have a HUGE family, so we rented 3 houses near eachother. so i'll be house-hopin all weekend seein the fam. and walking on the beach of course! I was 2lbs down this morning, hopefully i can hold it through the weekend for monday…

you use it as you would peanut butter. i've been eating it for a year now. if i'm gonna put it in recipes i just mix it up with water first to make it peanut butter consistancy then add it to whatever. the label tells the powder : water ratio. 2:1

I'm regreting eating that ice cream I just had. Once I was done with it I realized it wasn't worth it... the ice cream is a lie, the ice cream is a lie..

So apparently I can never only eat 1200 cals, so my new plan is to just workout More! We,ll see how that works out for me this week. Id like to at least have a calorie defficit of 3-500 cals by the end of the day.

Man everyone did Awesome! I'm at 147.6 I've been gaining and losing the same 3 lbs for the last 6 months! I'm not comfortable with myself at this weight and I've lost 70-some pounds, so I obviously am capable. I don't know what's holding me back.

when i get done with a meal/snack i immediatley have to leave the kitchen other wise i find myself continuing to eat and eat and eat.
