Super crazy busy last couple of months and it all came to an end today!! Ahh... ill actually have time to workout after work Now! Can't wait to see some results now. Although I may be up come Monday weigh in. Which is okay with me, stress is over and better days to Come! We're in this for the long haul.

LOL! Too funny! I used to be 215lbs and I Totally can remember when I saw my toes "peeking out" again after being in hiding for so long. It's a good feeling!! Good Job!

okay, goals for the week: NO ICE CREAM!! Run/Walk the stairs down town at least once (390 some odd steps!!), usually do it 3 or 4 times per visit.

This is my boyfriends first Shamrock Run experience, and he's not a runner, so we're walking this year. Last year I did the 8k run. But yeah, the first half was up hill.
