I'm addicted to peanut butter too! and i use the PB2, its a powdered peanut butter (because they compress all of the oils out of the peanuts) and you add water to it. 2 tablespoons is only 45 cals!!

going to get pilates in twice this week. along with my usual run 3x's. my butt is sore from lunges yesterday.

I too have made a 2011 vow, no alcohol!! still goin strong! even though i still have 10 months left lol. the first few weeks were hard as far as not being able to have a drink after work. but i feel like now sugar has taken over the alcohol. so maybe i can kick this sugar thing too! so for 40 days i'll go without sugar.…

When i run on the road i use my ipod but at a point where i can still hear a car coming. But when i trail run i get too sketched out to use music, thinking someone could come up behind me, even though i always take my dog. but its nice to have some good music to get you through that last mile or two.

i finally lost some weight. I was moving into my new house all weekend, so i'm sure that had something to do with it. but lost 2 lbs this week! i'm at 146.8!

ugh!! same, same. lost nothing. why must i be addicted to mexican food, brownies, pizza and so on and so on... but i do have high hopes for this week.
