i fianally got back up to my 10 min/mile. still slow, but at least i'm back to my old time. but the scale is not budging, its pretty frustrating! so this week i'll keep up with my 10 cups of water i'll add a mile to my runs, so that will put me at 5mi - i feel like the 30/40 min runs are not cuttin it anymore ;-( more…

so far so good. i'm feelin good about the weigh in on monday. although a couple days ago my nose started running, but i ran 4mi anyways and then the next morning i had a full on chest cold. probably shouldnt have ran but oh well. i'll do weights for the next day or two, as to not aggrevate this cold more. it's 50degrees…

well i gained 1.8... the bf and i went up into the woods with a bunch of friends and rented a cabin for new years. we all partied hard for 3 days. so there were 2 days of hangovers for me, which means i ate like crap! there are no excuses now, the holidays are over! time to get serious.
