yes all three of my children and its hard to lose that bottom area afterwards i even had a doc tell me i can work out all i want butonly a tummy tuck wll fix it so thats my goal this year to get a tummy tuck

same hear the doctor say its water weight but i gain about 5-6 pounds than lose it back its really weird the joys of a woman and my tummy starts sticking out a few days before i hate it but girl trust your not alone avoid weighing 2 days before pms so u want feel bad good luck sweety

this happens to me a lot so i know the feeling i went to the doc the first 2 times they said i wasent geting enough water and to eat a hr before i work out yougurt are drink milk before u work out helpes me good luck hun

try drinking drinks such as atkins shakes,its low in cal has protin and good for you the say dont do milk when u have a cold then some say its a meth i say if u dont get worce then go for it so good luck oh yea eggs are not heavy on the tummy and are good for u plenty of water and hot green tea

i get like that every other month i found taking a zumba class are yoga helps its something different and exciting and it will pick the lack of motivation up good luck sweety

i feel like its so important to have a support system the bigger the beter sometimes when u trying to beter your seld the ones who we think will be there are not so supportative so its important i know for me to have as many friends wanting to change there lives for the beter
