50lbs by summer would be great! but I tend to focus on smaller goals at a time. Like right now I'm going for 20lbs by the end of summer. If I lose more great! What are your thoughts on this way of thinking?

I like to make a salad with avocado. baby spinach, tomato, cucumbers, cilantro, avocado, lime or lemon juice, salt and pepper! It's very yummy:)

I have pain in my lower abs, but I think it's because I had three c-sections. Yours might be for other reasons.

I looked and the lowest cal and fat is the soups and salads. although the wedge salad I would stay far away from!

I did the same thing! got it back in 07 did to week 3 lost 8lbs. I would be more the happy to do it again with you! When do you want to start?

I go back and forth between no weight gain to 2lbs, my guess is water weight.
