Congrats to everyone so nice to find what works. It has been one year Paleo the stats [70 pounds gone] [size 26 to 16] [10" off my waist]. Also I have a rare blood disorder (HAE) that seems to be helped by this new way of eating. Alll and all it has been a good year. Keep calm and Paleo on.

I get that same thing when someone said "your clothes are hanging off you." So I bought some new stuff and got many comments . Just to cheep and i know Im not at my goal so want to save my shopping for then. But just keep going you will get there.

Fruit counts but you may be over eating fruit due to blood sugar spikes try adding a good protien with you fruit snack. I love fruit so I try to limit to two time a day with other food never alone. Try more vegies. Hope it helps :)

Main thing is desiding if you are eating just to eat or if you have true hunger. Your plate should be mostly vegies with a high quality meat small fruit and quality fat. On day 5 feeling good. I have been paleo since Dec 2012 so not as big of a jump as for some. But I did need to take out dariy, honey, dark choclate and my weekly soca rita. My doctor. Pushes being Vegan I did it 6 months got sicker felt like crap all the time. He told me that my body is adjusting and give it more time and be sure I'm following it . Switched diets now need to switch doctors he thinks I'm vegan. Oh well .

Been 6 months now paleo. Had a bite of my husbands ice cream the other day tasted like paint in my mouth had to spit it out. It has been so amazing the changes in my body mind and way I think about food . I have alot more weight to loose but I know it will come off and I will get there healthier than ever before.

Your also new to this and it takes few weeks to adjust. Give your body time to get up to speed on whats available. I'm 3 months in and down to only eating twice a day with no cravings hang in it will get easier.

I have been eating Paleo style and now 20 days in feel better and cravings are almost non issue . Easily hitting under my calories everyday. But I still have some dairy and got to have my dark chocolate. I have a very sedentary job so I have to work on getting myself moving more. I don't know yet if this is 100% will work…

I switched to Paleo diet and drinking green tea have had some dairy but I am getting that gone this week . Join this site and got a fitbit to track my caliories in and out better. Hope it pays off with less junk in the trunk definatly no more junk in my kitchen.
