I upped my limit on fiber by changing the settings because mine was set way too low. If I don't get enough fiber I just don't lose weight.

Movie Theater popcorn. I have it once a month.. or much less than that but there is no way I'm going to see a movie without getting at least a small popcorn to myself with butter

Can you drink some of those calories on the go in a healthy shake? I really like the pumpkin oatmeal shake :http://www.skinnytaste.com/2010/11/healthy-pumpkin-oatmeal-shake.html and you could totally add some protein or fruit to it as well.

My physio had given me a no-go for any excersize other than the ones that they have given me until my back settles out :( But after that swimming is a great low impact one, would probably be easier on me than going back to circuit training right away
