I teach fifth grade, so I see this a lot. We offer free breakfast and free lunch (and a free fruit serving at recess). If I see a kid eating chips or a drink at lunch besides what we provide, I tell them to save it until snack time.

Did someone say chocolate!!!! I love chocolate. Dealing with chocolate is a battle every day. However, I do find that dark chocolate is harder to binge on because the flavor is too rich.

You definitely have to eat what you like, or you can't stick with it. Maybe each week try a healthy food that you've never tried before to see if you like it. I guess it's psychological because when I drink meal replacement shakes, my mind tells my body that I haven't eaten. I have to have real food. That's why I have slim fast powder and lean shakes in my cupboard slightly used...If I'm running late, I keep greek yogurt on hand for a quick meal.

That does sound like a good idea. Monday through Friday I'm at work which means, meal prep and bringing my lunch. Weekends are eating out, grilling, and the occasional drink. So obviously more on the weekends. ;)

I just try to forget it and move on the next day like normal. I try to also exercise and use all the energy that I gave myself during the binge. ( Usually turns out to be a great work out) .

If you like pumpkin pie, you can add a little pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice, salt and splenda. It tastes like pumpkin pie and only about 200 calories. ☺

I totally get that! I think maybe instead of him not being "supportive", he may just not "understand." My husband eats whatever he wants and even eats little debbie snacks in the bed at night. He is not fat at all. I have to live a totally different lifestyle than he does. I buy my own separate food (and eat this mostly)…

No! My target weight is 155 and I'm five six. Currently im 168. So you are definitely taller. Sometimes you can't go by the number on the scale. I think your weight is just fine.

Yes! Someone else mentioned fitnessblender and I agree. They have all kinds of free work outs from 5 minutes to an hour and a half. I use them along with my treadmill cardio. I tried the 1000 calorie workout the other day and it was fun. They also have awesome kettlebell workouts if you have any of those. :D

Idk. Each shot is about 100 calories. You could see how many shots that is and add it up.

Eat the lasagna and walk a couple miles and burn it off or eat 150 calories less tomorrow.

In a quiche, or I saw on pinterest this nifty way of putting whole eggs in the shell in muffin tins and baking them. It actually works. They peel easy too. B)

Yes! I do the same thing. The days that I jog on my treadmill, I eat in the 2000 range. :# I guess with this amount of calorie burn, there will be hunger associated. o:)
