Hmm... I'm 4"11 and tried the 1200 diet and found it near impossible. Definitely not sustainable for me, but hopefully you have more luck! That's because binging happens for different reasons for everyone. I suppose this could be a sign that your binging has more to do with self control, and less with your body actually needing something.

You mean a carbohydrate? And what I mean is that processed sugar=not going to fill you up, but whole carbs=more substantial. Why am I being questioned about my diet? All I asked was whether my symptoms were normal, haha.

I HATE the whole "deficit" argument. I'm not going to argue about whether it's true or not, that's not the point, it's just that the people who attack clean eaters seem to always say it and it's a little irrelevant to the purpose of clean eating.

Same here. I think I'm going to set some rules down- like buying a very small container of nut butters/etc and telling myself I can only buy one little container every 2 months or so- that should help it last longer :)

Curry. Blech. And mammals- The thought of eating beef or pork makes me sick >n< Also shrimp with heads, fish with heads... anything with a head! also, I don't really like to drink milk or eat cottage cheese or american cheese. If I'm having dairy, it's yogurt or hard cheese!
