These are my current short term goals: 1) lose 6lbs by February 1 2) be able to hold plank position for 45 seconds 3) be more active with my children throughout the day (i.e. walk around the neighborhood, living room dance party, driveway hopscotch)

Yum! Can't wait to try these! I have two kids with severe egg allergies, so when I bake I replace eggs with milled flax seed. 1Tbsp milled flax seed + 3 Tbsp water = 1 whole egg. You don't taste the difference, and flax seed is so healthy (great omega-3s!)
