Strawberry-Banana Oatmeal Smoothies
A new family favorite for breakfast: Put 1/2c. rolled oats in the blender until crumbs. Add: 1c. soy milk 1/2tsp vanilla 1tsp sugar 14 frozen strawberries 1 banana (sliced) Blend to desired consistency. Makes 2 smoothies (about 10oz each). YUM! 223 calories, and tons of vitamin C and calcium.
