HRM and Les Mills classes

Anybody have an HRM and do Les Mills classes? I do a lot of BodyCombat, Sh'bam, BodyPump, and CXWorx at my local gym. I know everyone is different, but I'm really curious to see how many calories people are burning in these classes. There are calorie burn estimates on the Les Mills website, but some of them seem a little high, and I want to make my calorie count as accurate as possible. I'm particularly interested to hear how you log Pump on MFP and how many calories you burn. Thanks for any info!!!

I use one for Combat and Pump (although I know it's not totally the best way for a strength training class). If Combat (I do all the high options), it says I burn 800+ and I created it in my exercise database. For Pump, it shows as around 200. A friend of mine who teaches Combat usually ends up with 700-8000

Im burning about 470 cal at a Body combat class depending on how good the instructor is
They are an excellent tool HRM's for monitoring cardio calorie output.0 -
If anyone that does Body Training Systems classes has an HRM, they have similar workouts -- just different names for the classes and different music.0

Here is what my HRM shows for the Les Mills classes:
Combat - 450-520 (usually closer to 500)
Step - 400-475 (usually closer to 450)
Pump - 300-350
CXWorx - 150-200
Flow - 150
I realize the calorie burns are not accurate for cxworx and flow, it most likely isn't accurate for pump either.
Calorie burns in cardio classes are dependent on size and fitness level. I am small and have a very low resting heart rate, my calorie burns are usually smaller than most for the same workout.0 -
My HRM says about 250 for a 60 min bodypump class. Since my BMR is about 1400, that means I burn about 60 calories an hour doing nothing, so the class burns about 190 calories net for me.0

I burn about 210 per body pump class but I am only 5,2 and 107 lbs0
