I celebrated my new muscle gains and healthy eating 2 days ago by allowing myself 1 reeses cup as it fit in my calories and macros. I had an allergic reaction to it. My face, throat, and arms got extremely, I had difficulty breathing, nose and eyes runny and watery. Went on for a good hour. Won't be doing that again lol…

I'm 4'11" Close enough :P Last time I checked (about a month ago) I was 117. I'm perfectly fine with that. It's my damn BF% I'm trying to bring down! Started at 21.5 a month and a half 2 months ago, my goal is 16-17%. No idea if its changed though

a burrito filled with sweet potato, peanut butter, chicken, and cinnamon egg white and egg omelet with peanut butter, jelly, and cinnamon all on top

Eat less peanut butter, workout more often, get stronger, run 15 miles straight, do 5 pull ups in a row, get my abs, back and triceps more prominent

I eat them In a flat wrap with peanut butter and lots of chicken with cinnamon on top and a protein shake delicious. (After workouts)
