I try to go 6-7 times a week. At least twice Mon-Fri and Sat and Sun are rest days so I just go to play racquetball.

I usually count everything. Especially the bites of food my bf gives me. They add up if you're not careful

I actually ate less than usual lately and had a couple extra calories left to kill. It was probably because I had a stomach ache all day though.

Get an amazing backpiece tattoo and go on a bunch of amazing adventures. I also plan to keep working out and eating right though, but with a little less restrictions :D and then probably buy some clothes that fit.

I have the Herbalife products. They're pretty good! I mix the personalized protein powder with the mint chip and then my regular whey protein... It keeps me full for days! If you didn't you should get the meal bars. Cookies and creme are amazing and filling!
