Started at 217 went up to 223 now at 219 Goal...200 by July I'm keeping up with my exercise great, but I didn't realize the counting calories thing was so hard! I'm going to need a miracle!

I know it's a little later in the game than when most join, but I'd like to get in on this challenge. I weighed in today at 223 lbs My Vday goal weight is 215 I am going to take the 10% theory and start with a total weight loss goal of 23 pounds to get down to 200. I hope I can accomplish these goals and I don't get…
