1200 isn't enough. 1400 is about as low as you want to go. You need to increase your calories about 20%.

Congratulations! I know the feeling! I just emptied my closet of one size and sent the clothes off to Salvation Army. I actually stood in the driveway and waved good-bye to them, and good-bye to the body that was. Like you, I still have a lot more to lose, so there will be more good-bye ceremonies.

I have 1/20th of a ton to lose, as well. The first change to make is to request a standing workstation for your job. Stop sitting, start standing all day. Makes a huge difference.

Portion control. Sometimes there are few healthy choices, so just do your best to leave the empty calories on the plate and eat smaller portions.

You might also want to run through your strength training as a circuit instead of 3 consecutive sets of one exercise followed by 3 consecutive sets of a second, etc.

I do the 30 minute circuit every other day. I do 30 steps at each step station and all the machines at my max weight. 10 lbs down in 6 weeks is enough accountability for me.

Swap the pilates for strength training and the scale will start moving pretty quickly, but not as fast as the shrinking tape measure.

There are actually some excellent sugar-free ice-creams that don't have any sweeteners at all. The only non-sugar sweeteners I use are stevia/truvia, agave and honey. When I eliminated aspartame and splenda from my diet completely, I slept better, hunger pangs subsided and stress headaches disappeared.

Well, you had a calorie count objective for losing weight and tracked food. Now you just have to have a maintenance calorie count objective and still track food. You just need to determine what the difference in the number of calories is. That is my plan.
