If he is really starting to make you uncomfortable talk to gym management. What he is doing can amount to intimidation and harassment. He sounds like a douche. Good on you for getting in the "boys" area of the gym in the first place, a lot of my mates won't go in there at all.

I started level 1 today, I thought it would be ridiculous as I've done exercise dvds in the past and they didnt really do much to help. This one was brutal and it was excellent. I was sweating my butt off after 5 mins.

I had the same problem - insane migraines and not sleeping at all. I went to the doctor and they changed the pill I was on. I now get slight headaches but am back to sleeping! Good luck!

I put my container in a plastic bag so that when it does spill it doesn't spill in my bag. Just make sure the plastic bag doesn't have a hole in it or everything will smell like balsamic vinegar.

I have a holiday booked to Hawaii in October - that is my motivation! I don't want to be at my friends wedding in a dress I hate all sweaty and super self conscious so I wont go swimming. Also with the weight loss tickers do you have to update them yourself or does MFP do it automatically?
