I work in a manufacturing facility making medical supplies on a production line....so yep...I work 12 hour shifts in a rather physical job.

Happens to the best of us. I try to eat pretty well for the most part but the last few days have been horrible. If you have a bad day....don't sweat it. Just try again tomorrow. Don't beat yourself up too much over it. You can do this!

Too many to list....especially being a singer/songwriter/guitarist....but lately it has been Methods of Mayhem "The Fight Song"...usually anything from Poison/Warrant/Skid Row...all the "hair bands" lol

Mainly attitudes....at least in the gym. The people being nosey, and people that constantly want to out do one another. I know a friendly competition is good and all but I've seen too many people just making fun of folks they don't even know or something for being weaker....as if they were throwing around tons of weight…

I've been here for a little while as well....feel free to add me. Just keep at it and never give up. Good luck.

Feel free to add as well.

I was relatively successful with my time in the gym....however the environment killed it for me...too many egos and bad attitudes. So now I prefer to work out from home. Seems to be working so far.

I like Funk Roberts myself...has TONS of different workouts...some bodyweight, some with equipment. Plenty of challenge.

Welcome, and good luck...feel free to add me if you want.

I used to have the original book that started the whole thing, back when it was called YRG (Yoga for Regular Guys)...no joke, it is a great workout. I had been doing it for a few weeks and a friend and his girlfriend walked in my house and laughed at me because I was doing yoga and because I was sweating buckets. I invited…

Two so far. ...when I was 18 got a big pissed off looking skull on my right arm and when I was 21 I got a black tribal dragon on my left arm. Finally at 31 I'm planning on another, just haven't decided on what it will be yet

Excellent work! Congrats!

You look great! Awesome inspiration for people!

You really just gotta commit...and for YOU and no one else. That being said....we all fall off the wagon every now and then. Personally for the last three days my meals have been HORRIBLE....but today I got up and decided for myself that I wasn't going to let that stop me. I was going to do the right thing today...tomorrow…

Down 12lbs so far...started on Jan 3rd

I'm a musician who still dreams of being a rockstar when I grow up....being that I'm 31, perhaps I'm a little late...but I did have some local success. J is my initial for my first name.

I only have 2...one on each arm. On the left arm, I have a tribal dragon because I just like dragons and in some cultures a black dragon is a symbol of good luck. On the right arm, I have a really pissed off looking skull with fangs and smoke around it...it is actually facing behind me instead of to the front...technically…

Very inspiring...congrats!!!

I think we all could use some good motivation once and a while. Feel free to add me as well. God bless.

The more I see people post prices for the PT 24/7 workout program the more I wish I would have waited....I got it when it first came out and paid $74.99 if I remember correctly. It does come with a good bit of stuff though so I guess it isn't too bad...just not nearly as good a deal as what you can get now.

I've always like the more traditional styles...specifically Okinawan Goju-Ryu....I've also trained in TKD and Hapkido. I did some American Freestyle for a little while though I'm not a big fan of that. My favorite was probably the Goju-Ryu. It really all boils down to personal preference.

Personally I like the Billy Blanks PT 24/7 workout set. 7 dvds with gloves, foot straps, and resistance bands. Pretty fun.

Hello, I actually do some Tae-Bo workouts. More specifically I've been doing the Billy Blanks PT24/7 workout program. I've only been at it a week or so but I've dropped 7 pounds just from trying to eat a little better and doing this program. I enjoy it for its martial arts aspect so I find the workouts pretty fun. And…
