  • Beverages with no calories (for me this is pretty much just tea and coffee, although I do log the milk or fat free half and half I put in my coffee) and spices.
  • I log ahead all the time, for me it really helps. I make my lunch to take to work the night before, so I usually log everything for the next day once I've packed my lunch and decided what I'll be making for dinner. :)
  • Bump! Birthday get together on Sunday, this would be perfect. :)
  • I really like the Peanut Butter & Oat bars from Trader Joe's (chewy), and also the Nature Valley Oats & Dark Chocolate (crunchy).
  • I bought some fresh pineapple at Costco and have blending one spear with some of the frozen strawberries I've got left from this past summer and a little water. I guess it would be considered a smoothie? SO good! And the peanut butter and oat bars from Trader Joe's. Been having one every morning for breakfast.
  • My favorite is with chopped steamed broccoli, the Parmesan Ranch from Trader Joe's (super low cal for ranch), and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar. Or just a tablespoon or two of light sour cream and lots of pepper.
