Those anterior raise in level 2 KILL me, when will it get better? Level 3 is my fav. level 2 is hardest for me, go figure! Also the Rock Star jumps are impossible for me.

I am on week 3 level III, and its time to move on, I think I start over on Monday the 11th. Yes, I'll do it. I have lost 10 pounds, eating around 1200 cals a day. I need to lose 40 more!

I've been using MFP for 6 weeks now, been doing 30 day shred as well, with the time change I think I need a little motivation. It's hard to motivate myself to work out when I get home and it's dark. (had the same problem last year) With that being said, I come home turn on all the lights in my living room and get started.…

I want to lose at least seven pound by Christmas, I've lost 9 and have 31 to go. I've lost about a pound a week, and would love to be added to this challenge. It's really hard to get motivated now that time has changed and its dark when i get home:(
