everyone's meals look so yummy! So much healthy variety, will so be back to this thread :=) anyhoo here is my lunch today Pan seared Tilapia, with cilantro coconut rice and green beans.

I had to laugh, having done this many a time, always thinking later, how the hell do I Fit a WHOLE pie in my bellah :P last week it was a gallon of wine in 3 days, I dutifully entered it, and worked my butt off in the mornings. :=)

I have the fitbit zip and love it, have even thought of going to the flex when little zip dies :P. I wear it all day long to keep tabs of total steps walked. shooting for 10k, and then any workouts that I do, aerobics, running, yoga etc. I log separately :)
