  • My sister has very painful PF. The stretches, chiro & orthodics mentioned earlier helped her. She had the most relief when adding Tumeric to her diet daily to reduce inflammation. It takes a few weeks but made a huge difference for her. Good Luck!

  • If you don't eat enough you won't lose weight. This is the 1st time I have tracked my food (I'm 40) & decided to be totally honest b/c I would only be cheating myself. So today I went over on my calories but I'm not going to worry about it b/c I'm figuring out how I'm eating. Sometimes the portions on here are a little off…
  • I did the Dr Oz 3 day juice cleanse & loved it! I had never done a cleanse before & was worried about how I would feel. I did have some headaches on day 2 but felt fantastic day 3 & lost 3 lbs...best of all cravings were gone. Info is on his website.
  • I personally think that you have to find a pattern that is right for you. If you are feeling like you are eating too often, you may want to increase the amount of protein at each meal. I have been over on my protein totals daily & am full. A trainer told me to eat at least 1/2 the amount of your weight in protein per day.…
  • I do 2 egg whites & 1 yolk per day for over a yr & find that it keeps me feeling fuller longer. If your cholesterol is fine then I wouldn't worry. I love 2 egg whites, 1 yolk, spinach & lentils.
  • I just saw a report that you can try to do all your eating within an 8 hr time period 3 days a week....that way you can have some flexibility & not feel guilty about eating late.
