chips cant stop eating them tillthe bag is empty . Diet coke [keep it coming ] a 2 litter at a time ! Pizza last time I had it I ate1/2 an 18 inch and was thinking I wont more ! nuff said

on the weekend my hubby likes to 'feed me "this weekend it was pizza[ I love pizza] SOOO I ate a tiny breakfast and lunch then I had enough callories saved to have the pizza and 2 bread sticks I drink a lot of water or a big glass of skim milk it helps fill me up so I dont eat as much .

It happens .... you can say sorry or not but it is what our bodies do. If you have good control you can go to another room and "let -er-fly " but some times it just happones .and we as living beings have to deal with it.

Dont be afraid to dump some food out I use to clean my kids plates instead of making my own and I really put on the pounds that way . {its crazy }

I also tend to drag my feet .But we can work at holding each other up.And kickin each others bottoms in the right direction.:laugh:

Mine is the same way we married right out of High School 30+ yrs ago and he thinks that I will leave him for someone when I reach my goal. He has gone so far as to buy me icecream and Doritos knowing that I cant stop eating them till they are gone! Its fear talk to him.and stick to doing what is best for your health.

I know how hard it is with no support .My family likes to feed me .Icecream , pizza , candy, I have learned to say no thank you I am making better choices.Its hard at first but it can be done. You just keep going and they will see you mean it Then they may come arround.You can always come to us for the support you need…

I love popcorn too.I pop it on the stove and use lt butter spray and popcorn seasoning or parimesan cheese . It gives it great flavor.

I AM IN THE SAME BOAT . So today I got out a pair of jeans that I could not get into in Jan .I put them on and they fit without pulling or having to lay down to button them .It felt so good .Try on something that was tight and see how that goes.Then take your measurements . I have lost an inch in almost every spot.
