Hi I"m Linda age 52 I"m 5ft 2 in current weight 245 down from 300 # Dr wonts me to be 175 couse thats what I was before I had my 1st child . I have not had the best time as of late I lost only 3 lbs in 3 months [ I know what I did :embarassed: ] So now its back to working hard and eating whats good for me not what I think…

as long as its not spicy HOT I will eat it ! thats how I was taught . If it was put on our plates we ate it and thanked the Lord we had it so that gave me a love of all kinds of food and a willingness to try new ones.

When I feel hungry I go for raw vegies or a spoon full of peanutbutter or a change in what I"m doing it helps .and drinking all your water it helps too [ keep ya full ]

any Feb 10 's out there ?

Hi I'm 53 in early Feb. I live on a little farm in Michigan with hubby [just got layed off for the winter ] brother in law [lives with us ] youngest Daughter lives next door with her husbond 4 year old twins and pregnant for 2 nd set of twin girls . I watch some of the grands after school . and try to take [ make ] time…

My husbond is so good to me he makes sure I have whatever I need . He coments on how much I have lost and always tells me that I am the most important person in his life .I guess I am one of the lucky ones . We have been together 32 years now .

Sandwich :1 egg , 2 slices honey ham cut small , 2 toast , I dont remember the exact callories its arround 322 and then 5 grapes Dr order big breakfast wonts me to have a farmers style

Hi I live in Michigan [USA] it is cold here for at least 6 months a year ! I have found a fue ways to help fight off the munchies . I bet others can help with some ideas too! Add me if you wont and we can explore it some more .

Dr wonts me to eat a big breakfast : eggs, meat ,taters, toast ! then very little till supper .I think its a farmer thing :laugh: . It seems to be working . I have had days that I have a Special K Meal bar and an orange [if I'm in a hurry ]

A new bike so I can go riding with my grandsons .They think it would be fun and so do I .

Thanks for the help ! :happy: I do walk on a tredmill most days so I guess its more time on that till the snow gets off the roads .

I have a sort of resolution .My Dr. and I wont me to drop 10 pounds a month for the next 2 -4 months I am trying to get to 175 -180 within a year . I started at 300 so I have a long way to go but 1 lb at a time is how I plan to get there .:drinker: Add me as a friend if you wont !

I had one in 1989 or right about then .[ precancer] Best thing ever no more pain no more nothing . took hormones for about a year then stopped them .I am fine ! I only missed being able to have more kids . I would have had a dozen if I could have . I was blessed with 3 and now I have 10 grand kids and 2 more on the way so…

I started just before Thanksgiving and am down 18 lbs .Stick to your plan and drink your water it helps keep you full .And I think over the lip stays on my hips .:laugh: It helps me stay away from sweets .

that is how mine sounds too but it says more of the #$%$#$% words !

IN central MI we are getting snow and it is turning to freezing rain .!st real snow for us this year .The upper part of the state has gotten hit with the white stuff a bunch this year allready
