Well when I first started I was so out of shape I was literally holding the rail to get up and down 6 steps - out of breath- I am able now to do Leslie Sansone's 5 mile tape! I could not do a jumping jack and I can do 40 without stopping. For all you that say you cannot - i am proof you can, just get up and do what you can…

Ok so for me I have lost my first 40 sticks of butter! I cant wait by the end of the year to post all 400 sticks LOL that is a lot of butter :)

I am checking in on you.... how did you do this Saturday? I woke up this morning with this challenge on my mind and knowing it is the weekend again already! I made it through the 30 day shred and the 3 mile walk and was ready to die LOL Hope all is well with everyone!
