You are an inspiration that this can be done. Thanks so much for sharing your story. I had to laugh at the mirror bedlam - I can relate about having these experiences. While my weight is not down in pounds, I have lost a lot of inches - from a 2x to a Large in a shirt so far! You look great - keep it up :)

Not feeling well Friday or Saturday - and life is in a twirl right now - still doing my 3 mile walk and plan to get back to shred Tuesday morning. Feeling great that I did 4 days last week and will try for the rest of this week. Seeing a difference in my energy!
-
Thank you for posting! You are my inspiration that this can be done! You look fantastic! Every time I read and see photos from someone like you I am energized that I will achieve my goals by the end of this year. One day at a time - keep pushing for change - believing I can!

Down a bit to 222....scale bouncing back and forth so I am taking the high reading...next week I will take the low LOL

Shell07, Thank you - I am not alone! We will master this and move on to Level Two in no time ...LOL

Well you make up your mind to do your thing at a certain time - you block that time for YOU and you alone! I like first thing in the morning to work out - I am up at 5am to get it in - work full time and am going to school at night...have a family and other commitments. You can do it too!

Besides the obvious need for a new wardrobe when I get to my goal weight at the end of this year..... I am going to be making plans for hubby and me to go back to Aruba. This trip will be much different and I expect I will enjoy it much more than the first time we were there......may have to slip in a few "skimpy" outfits…

So, I did day one and it went better than I expected... I have been trying level 1 off and on since January when I joined. I have a few definite issues and this may sound nuts but here it goes - at this time I cannot do the slight jumps for the jump rope and I apparently still do not have any coordination to do the butt…

Ok this is a good idea to start this on March 1, 11. I will be starting a new job soon and my time for my morning routine is going to be shortened from an hour to 45 min. so I can commute there. I really like the Leslie Sansone walking tapes and have been doing Shred once in a while on the weekends. This will help make me…

Hello, Add me if you would like, this is a great site!

It really could be me in your post - ah several times over the years. This is my advice to you - do not lose your thoughts that you have written down once you get to the weight you want to be. Post them and re-read them OFTEN - it will motivate you to keep it off. Tell your self everyday that you are important and you are…

You are just glowing, your face and eyes tell your whole story. Wow what it must feel like, you deserve to be so proud of yourself. Any tips, advice or comments would be welcome!

I know exactly how your feel. Some days are just harder than others and the battle can get ugly LOL Example: Spent the day with all the women (60) at a a craft function...where there are women there is chocolate and cookies and cupcakes, fudge and do i need to keep going? Not to mention chips and dorito's and good food. I…
