hello, Welcome back! For me, I've found that even though I may not be eating well I should still track what I eat. I think the worst case scenario is that I won't gain back the weight. I do not believe in the every week thing. Although it is getting tempting as I see the weight going. I do not want to get caught up on the scale thing. I want to learn to eat right and be a conscious eater. I weigh myself about every three weeks!

I no longer eat past 7pm. I believe it does work because it makes sense. Many people are less active during this time. The more you eat during less active times , the more incline you are to gain weight!

I am not an expert but I have always heard that a healty weight loss is between 1-2 pounds a week. If you are losing " that " , you are fine. Your expectations may be too high for such a short space of time. This is why I do not like the constant weighing. I know that it works for you...it's a motivation when you lose, but…
