MFP, simple as, log everything, weigh everything, be honest, get out & do a little exercise, what you do has to be sustainable so I never followed any fad, and I LOVE the new me!! keep at it B)

I find the thing about eating clean is that you can eat more of it; pizzas & fast foods are calorie dense so the enjoyment is short lived, & my body definitely feels better when I put good things in it.

mixed tuna, sliced onion, diced red & yellow peppers, a little sweetcorn & mayo, toasted 2 slices of bread, put the mix onto one slice & grilled it, then closed the other slice over to make a fab sandwich

it's all about the math 3500 cal = 1lb so the easiest way is a daily 500 cal deficit which loses 1lb per week if you have a weekly 'cheat day' just make up for it on the other days, e.g. 6 days at -600, 1 day at TDEE I used to cheat on Saturdays a bit so worked it off for a few days & did the weekly weigh in on Thursday…
