OK, I will do some. I hurt myself doing all the leg workouts from last week, hard to walk, or sit. arms feel ok, but I want to avoid this problem with my arms, so i might just do half!

Finished! Although I cheated and did "girly" push ups, crunches, and sumo squats.....I definatly got a work out!!

Finished! I have a question. If I did 10 sets of 30 reps, taking a 30 sec break in between each set, how do I track the time I spent doing the exercise? From start to finish? or break it down by the time I am actually jumping? My heart rate was elevated the whole time. Thank You!
