Disney parks allow you to bring in outside food and drink so you can always bring a sack lunch if you're concerned about park food. I've had decent luck with their salads just having them leave heavier things off and the low fat italian is a good dressing choice.

A little over 3.5 months to drop 41.4 lbs. I'm almost to the original Ultimate Goal Weight I set. I've since lowered that by 15lbs. ETA 4.5 months. Not 3.5. I started Dec 27.

Stick with it! After I had my 5th child I was 5lbs under my pre pregnancy weight at 5 days postpartum. (GD diet) But then I proceeded to gain 17lbs over the next year. That was my breaking point. I'm now the lowest I've been since having any kids. (I'm 5'7" 157lbs. Before kids I was 144) If I can do it anyone can!

I'm down to my "original" 34B from a 38D. They are saggy. But I also had 5 kids and breastfed.

I wouldn't touch this drug if you paid me. like a previous poster mentioned hemmroids. My mom took this a couple years back and quickly developed hemmroids so bad she was on disability for months and months. They were awful. No thanks.

I don't really gain. But I find it much harder to actually lose during ovulation and the week of my period. The week after I drop a lot though. usually 3-5 lbs.

5'7" 25 year old female. I weigh 159. I eat 1290 calories a day. right now I have an annoying medical issue preventing my usual workout. (running) When I am able to work out I eat back anywhere from 33-50% of my earned exercise cals.

I went through this a month ago. I lost 6 and gained back only 3 when rehydrated.

It's realistic for me personally.

You look great! Congratulations!

Cardio and just general weight loss has reduced the roundness of my belly tremendously. I had 5 kids in under 5 years.

I'm a totally stubborn person so once I've made the commitment to stick to this I am too stubborn to ever go over on my calories. I eat whatever I want...as long as I can fit it in my daily calorie allowance.

Bring in the food you are comfortable eating. Not sure about D.World but D.Land has fruit for sale at carts here there and everywhere. Most all restaurants have salad available. They've always had low fat Italian dressing available when I've asked and you can customize if you want to knock off the higher calories things.…

Don't get discouraged. You will be amazed what a difference you can make in only 3 months if you're determined and stick to it. Take pictures on Day 1. I wish I had.

For 25lbs lost I started a 1/2 sleeve. Since I hit 35lbs lost I scheduled my appt to start on color. When I hit my big goal I'm thinking I might get a boob job and tummy tuck. (I've had 5 children and my skin has awful elasticity so my stomach is all wrinkly skin)

Saw pictures of myself on our annual Disney Christmas trip. I can't believe I let myself get that bad.

I'm a stay at home mom of 5. I have mine set to sedentary and then I log my workouts.
-
I'm 5'7 and small framed, 169lbs currently. My big goal is 150lbs. After that I would be ecstatic to get to 135lbs (I have 5 kids ranging in age from 7yo to 18months and I was 145lbs prekids)
