I have been dieting for 3+ weeks and am at a stand-still....any ideas how to move along?:sad:

I HAVE BEEN ON ZOLOFT AND MANY MEDS IN BETWEEN...I AM BIPOLAR....AND YES IT MADE ME GAIN WEIGHT...THAT AND TWO OTHER MEDS PUT 100 POUNDS ON ME. ONCE I STOPPED TAKING THOSE I LITERALLY DROPPED 50 POUNDS IN A WEEK... IT'S BEEN A LITTLE OVER 2 YRS SINCE I LOST THE OTHER ME (THAT WOULD BE 150LBS) AND I AM STILL TRYING TO LOSE…

How do you change the calories on a food that is already saved? I sometimes only eat half of an item (ie: smart ones)....

Thanks..it is so stressful being stressed about dieting...I don't know whether to count calories or carbs..I'm hoping to get good feedback from this website....I get too much conflicting info from people I know :indifferent:

:smile: I eat the Kraft Handi-Snacks butterscotch pudding cups - they are 80 calories, but it usuallys curbs it....chewing gum helps too

I work a full-time job and twice a week I work part-time at Staples (leaving straight from my job) until close.. Meaning I get home at 10:00ish and I'm starving! So I grab "junk" food...I've been looking for suggestions as to what to eat. I did buy some of those 100 Calorie snacks..I just started Sunday so I don't know how…
