  • For what it's worth, 15 minutes is better than no minutes! Take it easy on those knees and work on it very slowly, gradually. To change it up a bit sometimes, try an aquacize class - it's easier on the joints and you can work at your own pace. Bravo to you for getting after it!

  • Looks like homemade pizza's the way to go, then you can control the toppings. Don't forget about skim milk mozzerella cheese - tastes good with way less calories. I shred it fine so it looks like more! You can also slice english muffins in half, toast them and make mini low-fat individual serving "pizzas".
