That's a hard one. When you do it everyday, it doesn't really work to exert you, the way doing different cardio, at different intensity does. Kind of like a mail man who walks his route all day. Walking does very little to his heart rate for exercise. It's probably not the answer you want to hear, but I wouldn't. It's a…

Monies is a real word. http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/monies I do not like when people use loose in place of lose. I try to take it as a typing error until I see it four times in the same post. :grumble: It's not that I'm a grammar Nazi, I just never thought I was good at grammar, so if I catch it, it must be real…

You have got me beat. I only have about 225 boxed, But still haven't eaten a single one.

I think what you meant, was the database info???? If you are talking about that, then no. I think you mean bacause some people enter the nutrition info in grams as one serving, but here in the states we measure oz as a serving. As long as you are having one serving and the nutrion info is for one serving, then it doesn't…

You look great. Keep up the good work, and thanks for sharing.

I agree. I can't imagine why you couldn't walk. I would deffinitely call the dr and ask if you can walk. There may be a reason he doesn't even want you walking. Pecs are close to the lungs he may not want you even doing something that will cause you to have to breath deeply. I would call first. Believe me, the last thing…

:flowerforyou: I don't know what to say, other than I hope you feel better soon. Best wishes.

I know you lost 7lbs in one week and maintained in the second week. I was averaging it out. It is still 7lbs in 2 weeks and an average of 3.5 each week. Look at the big picture. You are still down 7lbs. If you dont' think that is an accomplishment go in your pantry and pick up a 5lb bag of flour and add 2 lbs of butter and…

Agree and add- You have lost 7 lbs in two weeks, that is 3.5lbs a week average. That is pretty good, and it is not uncommon to have a low week or even a slight gain after a big loss. Be patient with yourself and work on eating and being healthy, the weight will follow. Best wishes.

Same here, but I really don't wear anything tight enough to show panty lines. :ohwell:

I was super disappointed too. My HRM says a lot less than my treadmill or elliptical machine says. I haven't done those videos, so I don't know .

^^^^ this You can do it.

Sometimes, you just don't know what you are missing.

It's hard when you can't explain the unexplainable. I am so sorry for your loss. I know this is a hard time, but you must look at all the other people you have helped. There must be many that you have helped along the way. Maybe you could reach out to others that know how to handle this. I have never been there, but I know…

I had one candy heart.

Oh Yeah!! We can see it. You probably can't feel it because you are wearing form fitting clothes, that are not going to get loose. You can definitely see a lot of progress. Keep up the good work.

Wow!!! That's awesome.

Plus I did lose inces per his measurements. Not a lot, but about 2 inches in all, all over.
-
WTG, Thanks for sharing. I know that is not an easy thing to do. I still need to get around to uploading and posting mine. You can def see progress. Keep up the good work.

I agree

This may seem dumb, but were you trying to get pregnant? I mean this in a genuine concern way, not sarcatic. I know as women we tend to worry about what we can't control. Is there a reason you think you might not be able to get pregnant, ie family history? Have you had unprotected sex for an extended period of time and…

Your math doesn't seem to make sense to me. You say your BMR is 1920, and you lead a sedentary life. In order for you to lose 2 lbs a week you need to cut 1000 calories a day. That means that your total burn on an average day to maintain is 2400 calories? (2400-1000 = 1400) I would double check all your settings and make…

Next time someone says something, just say "this is how I stay in shape"

I know this is not the answer you want to hear, but you need to be patient. It does work and it takes time. Being on medication that causes weight gain, having your period and being sick all puts stress on the body and it may not be ready to release the weight yet. I would give it a few more weeks and see if it starts…

I am too. You can add me for support.

Great advice. Congrats on your successes so far.
