Protein Shake is an easy way to consume more protein. If you just substitute a meal rich in fats with a protein shake, you should be able to do both simultaneously.

I live in Seattle and work out either in Seattle or on the Eastside. I need to lose about 5-10 lbs of fat and it's incredibly difficult because I have no need, and therefore no motivation to do it. If you like anything outdoors, you'll have a blast here.
