No, I don't like myself to get overly hungry that's when I tend to go overboard and not make good choices. I eat every couple/few hours. It keeps my metabolism humming along. I try to always have healthy snacks and water with me if I am out and about to tied me over to my next meal.

I tried be skinny before many times and hit goal and then put it all back on plus some many times....now my goal is be healthy and fit and skinny is just an added bonus and yes it is worth it and I have every intention of remaining healthy and fit with the added bonus of being skinny!

I eat about 300-400 calories for the most part for breakfast, but I also will have 100-200 calorie morning snack as well. I am maintaining now. When I was working on losing I was sticking to eating about 300 calories for breakfast and 100 calorie morning snack.
