I don't. I never acquired the taste for it. I've wanted to, I've tried it many ways, but I don't care for coffee at all. I don't even like the smell of it.

After I learned a little bit of what type of Metabolism I have (I'm a Balanced Oxidizer), I have found that eating 40/30/30 works best for me. You will need to learn what percentages work best for you. Everyone is different.

I would eat the protein bar as a snack. Nuts are good too.

umm...I'm hot, but married (happily) so I don't know if I would be a good enough mfp friend for you. Are you looking for friends to support a weight loss journey? Or maybe what you are looking for is a dating site?

I've been maintaining since February. I'll send you a friend request. I could always use a few more friends that have the goal to maintain. Congrats on your loss! I log everyday as well.

The couch 2 5k is a great plan! I've done it a few times and I am currently doing it again I finished week 7 day 2 today. Every time I don't run for a while I'm amazed at how quickly I lose my running ability! But I am always equally impressed with how fast you can build it back up! Just pace yourself, at a slow pace and…

I use to weigh a few times a day, then once a day, then a few times a week, then a couple of times a week, then once a week. I used to weigh on Fridays, then switched to Mondays...I currently weigh in once a week on a Wednesday. That seems to be working for me so I'll do that for as long as it does. I say weigh in when it…

I don't know if you have Fleet Feet Sports store near where you live, but they do fittings to properly fit you for a good running shoe. Explain to them the problem you are having. I had been fitted with Asics and I love them!

I quit using the patches and my husband quit by using the gum. You have to want to and you have to find what works for you. We both quit on New Years eve together 10 years ago. It was the hardest thing I think I've ever done. I smoked from the time I was 13 until I was 33, when I quit I was up to 3 packs a day. I didn't…

Walmart for mostly everything, I hate shopping there, but their prices are good. Raley's for their produce(their fruits and veggies are always so good!) and sometimes their meat. Sam's Club for paper products and things I want to buy in bulk. I use to shop at Albertsons and the one by my house closed years ago, I miss it!!

I weigh in every Wednesday morning at the same time of day and wearing about the same amount of clothes.
-
I've never heard of it or used it so I can't offer up any real helpful opinion here. I do struggle with getting my veggies in though, I just keep trying and I also take a multivitamin.
