  • I've made some big mistakes, but I've learned from them, and I feel like I am exiting 2019 as a much better, stronger person. Lessons: improve work/life balance to invest more time in family, re-assess ambitious career goals, be consistent, be more patient with myself.
  • You can add me! Best wishes on your MFP journey.
  • Following...this is a good question, and I struggle in that I still tend to reward myself with food. I try to chew gum or brush my teeth to avoid dessert and other cravings, but that's obviously not much of a 'reward.'

  • Petty reason: I won't back down. There's no easy way out. My weight is now free fallin'. Coming down is the hardest thing. (Oh, I thought these were TOM Petty reasons...)
  • Feel free to add me as well. Here for mutual encouragement. Lost about 37 pounds so far and in a good groove, but always worried about falling off the wagon. We've got this!
  • Hi everybody, I'm just getting started with MFP, so the timing is great for me with this challenge. I'm 41 years old, father of six year old twins, and motivated to live a healthier lifestyle to keep up with them. Challenges include a high stress, mostly sedentary job that consumes me 24/7. I feel guilty exercising as that…
