i'm in the middle of a sore throat/cold right now. i don't have any real good advice as some days i have let myself go and others i have fought to stay within my caloric limit. just be as strong as you can, and, whatever you do, do not quit!!! The cold will be gone soon enough!

do you have any friends that you can meet? i get up early on tuesdays and thursdays to meet my trainer. if i have to meet someone, it is easier for me to get up as i don't want to waste anyone's time!

it's an awesome feeling! i go in this one gas station by my apartment ALL THE TIME, and a clerk in there noticed. It was amazing!!!!

sometimes when i am feeling unmotivated and down in the dumps, i think about what good i am doing by NOT exercising or NOT eating right. You won't feel like this forever, and when you come out of it, do you want to be 50 pounds heavier?!!!?!?!

i know the feeling! i do the worst late at night. try to fill your time with other things. Or work out late at night so that when you get home, all you want to do is shower and go to sleep :) You can do this! Stick with it!

It has been my experience that the best thing you can do is try and stay busy. Staying home and watching tv or sleeping isn't good. You need to be out and about...even if it's just to the grocery store. Being around people is a good thing. And excercising, as much as you probably don't want to, WILL make you feel better.…

seems difficult to make suggestions for getting results if you don't want to change the way you are living... how BAD do you want to lose the excess weight? if it isn't bad enough to give up any of those things you enjoy, then you aren't ready yet...and may never be ready...and that's ok! but maybe my one thing i can say…
