Thanks everyone!! I have been told that I don't look like I weigh 200+ pounds but once I started losing everyone realized that I was hiding it well (mostly in my thighs, butt, and boobs!) With these first 20 off, I feel better than ever and actually feel kind of lost when I miss my morning workouts!

I have my MPF set to Sedentary. I usually see a calorie adjustment after 750 steps which is about 75% of the goal on the UP band (10,000) steps. If I reach 10,000 steps or 100% of my goal I generally see about 200-250 calorie adjustment just from my steps. I would recommend that she set her MPF to Sedentary and then use…

I gave up Soda and Beer altogether. I cut WAY back on my candy consumption and try not to have too many carbs after lunchtime. It's just important to remember that you aren't going to do everything perfectly and don't try to purge everything you love!

After scrolling through these posts I am sitting here at work DYING!! Trying not to lose it since I am suppose to be working and not messing around on the internet. This was just WRONG! ...this is my first post. That's how messed up this was : /
