  • Hello I'm exactly the same. Recently started with some berries, natural yoghurt, seeds and some agave nectar! The first day i was like " damn this is no chocolate replacement" but after a week i've found that it stops the actual sugar cravings if u stick with it. I didn't and need to fet focussed again
  • Thanks. I've got a whole bag of chia seeds that i've never used. I'll give it a go. Maybe with some spirulina also. Looking forward to starting the cleanse but hoping that the morning smoothie will replace my daily coffee fix!
