Buying a Lumia which is Windows Phone and having "Download MyFitnessPal" thrown in my face every time I opened the app store - I eventually tried it. I guess Windows knew I was fat LOL. Don't really see the need to create a thread like this. If I broke it down even further, there would be even more body types. Fact is, if your plus-sized, you're obviously curvy so I don't see what they did wrong. Curvy very often substitutes plus-size now, and I don't see the problem. It makes some people feel better…

It's probably no worse than eating meat, as long as you're getting the same nutrients, etc. However, I could never become one, love meat too much. One thing that really annoys me though, is people who call themselves vegetarians yet eat fish! - That isn't a vegetarian!

Once a day. Usually every morning, but I don't shower on a Sunday, usually because I never go anywhere on that day and I couldn't be bothered lol

Teaching about health is obviously good. But if it was I would talk more on the positives of healthy food than the negatives of bad foods. Classes like these often make fat people feel worse about themselves, or embarrassed.

FFS, its your birthday - enjoy yourself. So it might take a few days longer to get to your ideal weight - I say, eat away :)

Simply put; its not better than water but its better than regular drinks (for weightloss anyway)

Nothing really major, but loads of little things over the years. Gotta say, I really loved that episode where the former fat girl killed the people who had made fun of her. Not that id kill anyone lol

I weigh every day. Gives you a boost if you've lost a pound or so, and if you've gained you know to watch what you eat during that day

Personall, I wouldn't say anything to someone who I thought had lost weight, it's basically like saying "You looked ugly before, but you're okay now." Plus, I don't see fat as a "bad" thing - it's one of the many ways people can look. In fact, I quite like bigger people if you know what I mean lol

I can't really speak for the rest of Europe but the likes Ireland and the UK are certainly used to bigger people. I don't see why not, since tea is basically 99.9% water and I think the average cup of tea contains around 2 calories. I just wish I could drink tea without sugar lol - id be sorted.

I lost over 50 pounds but never had a cheat day. To be honest I never really missed junk food, it was mainly sugary energy drinks. However every few months I would take a week off and eat whatever I wanted; usually when I had holidays from school.

I was bout 257 when I started at the beginning of the Summer. And I thought I'd never lose anything. Even losing 1 or 2 pounds feels like nothing, but Im at 204lbs now so have lost over 50lbs. Now that I'm going for 150lbs I again find it hard to see me ever reaching it, but I'll sure as hell try :)
