No, you're a pervert. But who isn't? :D If it helps someone lose weight, and it isn't hurting anyone, who cares? :) That's what this site is about.

A "nutritionist" is like saying your a toothist - it doesn't mean anything. A dietician is a proper thing, a nutritionist, no.

I only really drink diet soft drinks now (by which I mean, I don't drink sugary ones). The low calorie aspect is the main factor, and they taste nice too. Plus, I always find when I drink sugary drinks my teeth feel "sticky" but not with diet stuff which is good.

Thigh gaps look horrible in my opinion. I prefer larger women so for me, the bigger the thighs (among other things) the better.

Yeah, I know. Every ten lbs I lose it asks me if I want it to recalculate the calories, I have just said no as I feel 1200 would be too low for me.
-
I never adjusted it myself but every 10lbs it moves down about 60 calories or so. When I started I was at one thousand, three hundred and something if I remember correctly, but not its been at 1260 and has been telling me to reduce it for a few weeks, but there's no way I'm going down to just 1200. I'm still losing, and if…

Yes. It is a good thing. Accepting fatness doesn't necessarily mean that we view fat as good though. It should be treated as hair colour or eye colour, we all have different colours but no one really cares. So if someone is okay with being big then let them be, and if they want to lose weight let them. There should be no…

I don't count chewing gum. Nor do I count milk in cereal or tea. If I was to have a glass of milk or a lot of it I count it though. I don't count tea or coffee itself, though I count the sugar I put in it. Another thing I don't count that I probably take a lot of is tomato ketchup. If I counted all of these I'd starve…

I wouldn't say she's fat shaming. What I'd be more annoyed about is the fact that she's using her children to sell her business, to make money.
-
Yeah, why not. Lol

wears ill-fitting glasses :)

I'm not sure telling your children that being fat is "bad." Being fat isn't a "bad" thing.

Cot

No.

No, you may weigh a little more tomorrow but you'll not "gain" anything. You're basically eating what you would need to "maintain" so you;ll stay the same weight, afaik
-
Agree with the above. Don't make it into a competition, also try not make it seem like you want hr to lose weight.
-
There is a big difference between reaching your children to lead a healthy lifestyle and exercise regularly, and teaching them to be careful about calories and be almost scared to eat. If I were you, talk of being healthy to her but limit talking about calories and weight loss around her.

Chewing Gum definitley, I go through about a pack every 2 or 3 days. Also, diet soft drinks like Pepsi Max and Diet Coke prevent me from eating, and they're only like 1 or 2 calories. Though if you need to eat something, try sugar free jelly which is filling yet really low calorie, or something like cherry tomatoes which…

I used to be basically addicted to an energy drink called Boost, like Red Bull but you only get it in Ireland and the UK as far as I know. The stuff was really sugary too and was wrecking my teeth. Just stopped cold turkey basically. Though for something like Coke Zero, my opinion would be keep drinking it, its better to…

LOL, Yeah. Ive got a lot of stuff that used to be a bit tight. Kinda glad too because it being sports jerseys and tracksuits etc, every item is like €60!

Emmet (with one "t") :)

She looks like she's probably Taken to me anyway
-
My main source of sugar is in tea so I usually go above it, but I rarely bother about anything other than calories, and I've lost almost 20lbs on MFP doing it like that so far :)
-
Well a women's size 8 would seem like lowest healthy size to me, maybe a size 6. Under that and I would see someone as underweight. I assume others are the same. Its also because, people can see you've lost a lot of weight and are possibly afraid you're "addicted" to it, and will keep on going

I usually find drinks like Diet Coke, Pepsi Max and 7Up Free quench my hunger. Instead of eating I'll have a can of Pespi Max or something - it takes longer to consume so it stops me eating too. I find low-calorie soft drinks a great help actually
-
Really well done :)

Doesn't make any difference; though it's probably healthier eating healthier, obviously :D I sometimes just eat junk food on some days and has no effect on loss
