I would think since you are training for a marathon you would want to increase your caloric intake otherwise your body thinks its in starvation mode and you will stop losing. Eat Girl Eat!

I do the 8 hr diet, which means eat for 8 hrs and fast for 16. I do that 5 days a week. It's easy. Take L-Glutamine which is an amino acid that will help you with sugar or alcohol cravings and drink plenty of water. Helps with the scale. Good Luck tomorrow!

I commend all of you to take up this type of exercise. Just reading your posts gives me motivation to try to start. I have a foot injury that keeps me from the rigorous pounding of jogging, but I know some day I will and I thank all of you for the motivational tool. Keep going!

Do you eat anything with sugar alcohol? Research has found that some people stop losing any weight when they eat anything with any kind off sugar alcohol. Check the ingredient list

I agree! Water is the key. But remember this, your body is flushing out all the toxins from everyday life but be very careful because your electrolytes are being flushed too!
