Personally don't worry about the ketone strips. If your following the diet to a "T" your in ketosis. Sometimes your body tries to hold on to what you are trying to lose-fat! sklala - Don't cheat! As you know this is expensive! If you cheat you throw all the money you paid for the week away! It's not worth it

Jenna-Like you said a loss is a loss! Good for you! I am stalled for a few weeks then a loss then more stalling. But I am here for the long run. It is a great program!

Sklala - I have to have the 5 pkts a day because I am a big guy and having 3 wasn't giving me enough protein for the day, that is why they have increased it. I would be happy with the 3 but I will listen to my coach. I wish you well with IP.

I too am stalled right now. Have been for a few weeks. I have 5 pkts a day and my carbs were up around 60. My coach says that is way to much. So now no restricted and to lower my carbs below 50. We will see how that goes.

I agree that this is a good forum but sometimes you want to get away from all that. A lot of the people on there are always asking can I have this? or can I have that? Stick with the program. Here you can log what you eat and get a different perspective. I love both sites for their own reasons

Welcome! I am hoping this page gets going. I started Jan 26th. I have lost 40# to date. Love the program and I turn in my diary to my coach on weigh in days. Much easier to read than the book

I do everything the same except I use Dreamfields Pasta and it only has 5 grams of digestible carbs per serving :)
