I have found that any bars that contain sugar alcohol like maltitol or xylitol stop me from losing weight. So I like the Balance Bar Caramel Nut Blast from Amazon.

I use a trainer twice a week. Best thing I have done. He pushes me really hard through my workout routine. If you workout without a trainer I find you don't push yourself as hard. I hope this helps. Good Luck!

Mix with a little thousand island dressing and use with fresh veggies. Great dip. I also add a can of tunafish with cottage cheese with chive. A great high protein lunch!

Go out and get a jar of Hot Pepper Jelly- Heat it up in the micro pour over the cream cheese and serve with crackers, tortillas, bread points or veggies. Delicious!

I have never been but I heard that our local PF serves pizza and soda on the first monday of every month. Isn't that counter- productive? Why go and workout and eat pizza. Sorry-don't get it.

I choose to eat GF since my wellness coach suggested that it might help with my asthma and it has. I can breathe so much better and I don't have to take the inhaler as often. Plus Rudi's GF bread is delicious!

I take a cup of steel cut oatmeal add 2 tablespoons fresh ground peanut butter and 1-2 tsp of raw honey. Great right before a workout!

I use BlueBonnet which has no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. Only 1.5 gr sugar

I am - I have found that it helps with my asthma. I don't take my medicine to often maybe once every 10 days instead of twice a day. The Dr is very impressed with the results
