That's a great price but I have found that sugar alcohol that is in the quest bar hinders weight loss. Just be careful!

Great Job! Thanks for your story

I will definitely try this- Thanks!

I drank soda for years, lot's of it. I gave it up in April and have never even had a sip the day I gave it up - sure there was a time I thought I might like some but I never did. When I want something bubbly I have Seltzer. I started my new life journey in April and I am not looking back. Gave up soda, lowfat, no-fat and…

It takes 3 days to get phyically out of your system. The craving should go away pretty quickly once you stop but be careful with hidden sugars. You might get awful headaches during the withdrawal process. I eat no more than 28 grams of sugar a day. Feel Free to check out diary. Good Luck, It will be one of the best things…

It used to be anything - Now - Nothing! To conscious of it.

I am down to 28 grams of sugar a day, and I am lucky because I really don't miss it. I used to eat tons of it. It has made a huge difference in my weight loss/ getting healthy goal. If you are going to have sugar, then have it but do not have all the fake stuff like equal or splenda, have sugar in the raw or pure stevia.…

Personally I say do what you want. we don't give it out anymore. Last year we had over 350 kids(they bus them in from everywhere) We don't even have more than 5 kids in the neighborhood. Plus if I buy it I might be tempted to eat it so nope on that.

I am not an 80+ loser yet but I will be. You said it right. Don't worry about the weight loss-worry about getting healthy! I used to worry about if I was losing weight and I never lost, but now I am working with a coach and she is all about the healthy stuff. I have given up all soda and I eat only 28 gr of sugar a day! I…

Please give them to the Salvation Army or a friend that could use them. Do not set yourself up with that you are going to save them just in case. Nope- as you lose- it's a new you- don't look back!

I started this journey seriously middle of April this year
-
Lou- It must feel good reaching your goal! Great job!

I thank you for reading my story. Not only has my coach had a great influence on my eating but I have left the couch last april and now I do at least 25 minutes a day on my treadmill and I workout with her (coach) at least twice a week. I really enjoy her training(did I just say that) boy-have I come a long way but I have…

I try to have some kind of protein only. 1 or 2 tblsp of peanut butter or a prtein shake. Have your peanut butter, don't have the bread! Sweet Dreams!

I seriously thought about the surgery. I started at 363 lbs. I am now 314. I know this is a journey and I accept that. I have a friend that did the surgery. She had to eat shakes for like 6 months. is that anyway to live? I didn't think that was the way I wanted to go and I am glad I didn't. I am going at my own pace and…

I always look at this group to see what is being discussed if anything. I am always posting on MFP. My diary is always open but I take a very different approach to getting in shape so I don't discuss much. I have been working with a wellness coach since the end of April. When I started this journey I weighed in at 363! I…

Does the school that your son goes to have a SRO (School Resource Officer) if so, please bring it to their attention. That is one of the reasons they are there, to protect the welfare of the students. If not- go to the principle. I was bullied in high school so I am well aware of what can happen. D not let this go!. Good…

I limit my sugar to 28 grams a day and I have seen a big difference in how I feel but I guess not everybody is willing to curb their sugar intake. It is a personal thing I guess.

Atkins is great as long as you stay on it. Once you stop the weight is coming back. There are better ways out there!

I chose to go gluten free because I have asthma and I have found that I breathe a lot easier. I thought I was going to miss it but I really don't. When I want a sandwich I will use Rudi's bread which I have found to be fantastic. There are a lot of GF products out there but I choose just to stay away from them but when I…

Try buying Rudi's or Udi's GF Bread it is sold in the frozen section of the supermarket and it is delicious! You would never know that iti isn't containing wheat. Good Luck
